1. Please intimate your city prior to requesting for a quote so that appropriate courier charges can be quoted.
2. Furnish your complete address and phone number for courier purposes.
We ship across India to all locations. Should a destination be unserviceable, we will intimate you in advance.
We ship all orders via Speed Post.
You can track your consignment on www.tpcindia.com. (www.tpcindia.com.)The tracking number will be sent to you the day it's been shipped from our location.
If you require your order on the same day, you can send a Swiggy or Dunzo pickup to our location. This is applicable only to Bangalore residents.
Please note: Same day pick-up is subject to availability, size of order and items.
All orders take 4-5 business days post date of payment to ship out. Post that, it usually takes 24-48 hours to deliver, depending on your location.
Please note: A couple more days could be required to ship orders that have a large number of body products as these are made fresh on order.
There are no deliveries on Saturdays & Sundays.
1. Payments should be received within 48 hours of placing the order. Orders will be deemed confirmed only on receipt of payment.
2. All orders not concluded within 4 days from the date of quote will automatically stand cancelled unless intimated otherwise.
3. Kindly include your name in the description while doing a wire transfer.
Yes, there are shipping charges above & beyond the order value. This is dependent on your location.
Acceptable modes of payment are GPay or Direct Bank Transfers (details shared on request).
1. Those ordering body products like Lotion Bars, Butters, Tress Souffle etc., please put them in the fridge for half an hour to ensure that it has not melted en-route. The Lotion Bars could lose shape if exposed to heat in transit, but will retain their quality.
2. It is recommended to keep all body products (except soaps and shampoo bars) in the refrigerator if not going to be used regularly or in the warmer summer months.
3. All body products are preservative free. Hence it is essential that they be handled and kept in clean, hygienic conditions. Avoid using dirty fingers or leaving the lid off for prolonged periods of time. Where possible, it is highly recommended to use a clean spatula.
4. Since body products are made fresh on order, it maybe difficult to change scents once the order is confirmed.
There are no refunds/exchange on orders.
